Paula Leach
Paula Leach is a strategic advisor with over three decades of executive experience across multinational corporate and UK central government systems.
Her career spans from the shop floor of a global manufacturer to the Executive Committee of the UK Home Office and Chief People Officer in a FTSE 250 organisation. She has led enterprise reform, strengthened succession governance and worked closely with Boards on workforce risk, executive capability and performance.
She founded Vantage Points to create a rare, high-trust space where board and director level leaders can think deeply, interrogate complexity and strengthen their leadership at the level their responsibility demands.
